ICAI has announced that the CA Final Result of November 2012 would most likely be announced on 21st January 2013 at 02:00 PM. A List of Top 50 Rank Holders of CA Final May 2012 Exams would also be announced simultaneously. The criteria for securing a rank are a minimum of 55% Marks and above in the Exams

To check the CA Final Result of November 2012 on the above Website, the CA Final students only have to enter their 6 Digit CA Final Admit Card Roll. No. in the space provided on the above website
The facility of receiving CA Final Result of November 2012 by Email has also been extended to the Students. Students who are desirous of receiving the CA Final Result of May 2012 by email can register their request on the above website from 16th January 2013 onwards.
The facility of checking the CA Final Result November 2012 by SMS has also been extended for the Students. Students interested in receiving the CA Final Results of Nov 2012 by SMS shall message CAFNL (space) XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the 6 Digit Roll No. of the Candidate) and shall send it to 58888.
The Result would also be published at the Regional Offices of ICAI. However, no results would be informed telephonically.
If a Student is unsatisfied with the Marks awarded to him in the CA Final Result Nov 2012, he can apply for Revaluation by submitting a hand-written application to ICAI, along with a Demand Draft as Exam Revaluation Fees drawn in favor of “The Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at “New Delhi“.

The CA CPT Result of December 2012 would also be announced simultaneously on the same day. Ranks would be awarded to Top 10 Candidates of CPT Exams provided they secure a minimum of 60% marks and above in the Exams
ICAI has also announced the Date Sheet for May 2013 CA Exams which would be starting from 2nd May and ending on 16th May for CA Final Exams and from 3rd May to 15th May for CA IPCC Exams. The Exam Forms for May 2013 Exams would be available from 6th Feb 2013 and the Last Date for submitting the same is 27th August 2013.
Campus Placements for CA Final Result May 2012 Passouts
ICAI has also announced the schedule for the next round of Campus Placements to be held in Feb-March 2013. The CA Final November 2012 Passouts who have completed their Articleship and GMCS by 31st March are eligible to appear for Campus Placements organised by ICAI. The Interested Candidates are requested to register themselves with the ICAI for the Campus Placements to be held in the month of Feb-March 2013. (Different Dates have been allotted for different centres across India).
Students who have cleared their CA Final in the Exams held in Nov 2012 shall register for the same between 24th and 29th January 2013 on the campus placement portal of ICAI by making a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 250. The Highest Salary awarded to a Chartered Accountant in the previous Campus Placement was Rs. 16.70 Lakhs. However, this was a rare sight as only 5.52% of the CA’s who cleared their CA Final in May 2012 Attempt were offered jobs in the Campus Placements organised by ICAI. The Rest 94.5% had to apply for jobs offcampus through various Job Portals.
The Pass Percentage of May 2012 Attempt was 16.38% for both groups and 25% and 29% for 1st and 2nd group respectively. The Pass Percentage of CA Final Result Nov 2012 Attempt would also be announced after the announcement of Results
