Verification/Revaluation of CS Answer Sheets June 2016

If you are unsatisfied with the marks allotted in recently announced Result of CS Professional/ CS Executive/ CS Foundation Exam, you can apply to ICSI for Verification/Revaluation of Marks

Students desirous of Verification/Revaluation of CS Answer Sheets shall apply to ICSI under Regulation 46(2) of the Company Secretaries Regulations Act 1982 within 30 days of declaration of Results by ICSI.

The fees for Verification of CS Answer Sheets is Rs. 250 per Answer Sheet and the Demand Draft shall be made in favor:-

Submission of CS Results Verification Form Online/Offline

Students of CS Foundation/ CS Executive/ CS Professional have the option to either submit the Verification Form online through the Institute’s website or send it offline through post.

For a quick and hassle free application process, students are requested to submit the application for Verification of CS Results online itself by logging-in on ICSI Website through the Student Services Portal.

Irrespective of whether the student submits the request for Verification of CS Foundation/ CS Executive/ CS Professional Results through the Online or Offline Mode, the last date for submission will remain the same i.e. within 30 days from the declaration of Results.

Students interested in applying for Verification of Marks of CS Exams offline shall submit a written application on a plain paper in the own handwriting of the candidate and send it to ICSI clearly mentioning his:-

Name
Registration Number
Roll No. and Stage of Examination (Professional/Executive/Foundation)
Name of the subjects in which Verification is sought
Complete Postal Address with Pin Code
Details of Draft for Payment of Verification Fees

A performa of the application form has been prepared by the Team of Chartered Club and attached herewith. You are requested to submit the application form in the same format in your own handwriting.

Candidates are advised not to club any other remittance or query along with request/application for verification of marks to facilitate an early reply.

Announcement of Verification Results of CS

Results are normally announced within 3-4 weeks from the date the candidate has applied for registration. Status/Outcome of applications received/disposed/under-process for verification of marks will also be available on Institute’s website:

www.icsi.edu

Students are requested not to wait for the Results of Verification/Revaluation and shall submit the Exam Form for the next attempt. In case the students are declared as passed in the Verification Results, the Fees paid along with the Exam Form would be refunded.
