CA Industrial Training Vacancy at GE
GE regularly hires CA Students as Industrial Trainees for its India Operations. Currently it is hiring CA Trainees for the following profiles:-
- Financial Planning
- Financial Controllership
- Financial Reporting
- Tax
The Salary paid as Stipend would be Rs. 20000 p.m.
Job Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon
Exam Preparation Time
- Appropriate Time would be provided for the Students to take Coachings for CA Final
- Moreover, 2 Months Exam Preparation Leaves would also be allowed over and above the time provided during the year for taking Coachings
Eligibility Criteria
- Academically Excellent with a strong Financial Interest/Competency
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Eligible to pursue Industrial Training as per ICAI Norms i.e. serving last 9-12 months of articleship. Students who have already completed their articleship period need not apply
Job Offer on Completion of CA
Candidates who clear their CA Final Exams while serving at GE would automatically become eligible to apply for GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) which is one of the best programs in the Industry for CA’s.

Sir, will my articleship left is less than 10 months. Under any circumstance will they accept ?

As per norms laid out by ICAI, the minimum duration for Industrial Training is 9 months, so GE wont be accepting Trainees with less than 9 Months of Articleship Pending as ICAI wont allow such transfers.
hi, i have cleared my ipcc in nov ’10 with 60′/. (aprox) but in 2nd attempt, ,is there any chance for me to get into it, i want it in gurgaon

Hi, myself ashish . i would eligible for industrial training in oct. 2012 and my baground is hindi can i join industial training. if yes then what preparation i have to do. i passed my IPCC in nov2010 in 1st attempt with 60% markds. Plz suggest me.
MNC’s do look for someone with good communication skills and good working knowledge.

I am cuurently doing my first year articleship from Big 4. Should I go for the industrial training in GE after 2 years? Will it help me in any way, because the work in big 4 is only of one type and there are very long engagements which creates boredom. Also how many leaves for exams are allowed beacuse leaves is again a big problem in big 4.

The work profile in the Industry is entirely different from the Work Profile in the Big 4′s.
The profile given to a CA Trainee in Big 4′s is usually Auditing whereas profile offered in MNC’s is usually Finance related.
It all depends on your area of interest.
