CA Exam Date Sheet

ICAI has announced the Date Sheet/ Time Table for CA Final & CA IPCC for upcoming May 2013 Exams and the CA Final Exam would be beginning from 2^nd and ending on 16^th May 2013 and the CA IPCC Exam would be beginning from 3^rd and ending on 15^th May 2013. ( 24th May).

IPCC Exams were earlier scheduled to end on 15th May but ITSM Paper has been postponed from 15th May to 24th May. (Refer: http://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=9556&c_id=240)

According to newspapers, the reason for postponement of IT-SM was that on 13th May 2013 at one of the exam centers in Mumbai, ITSM paper was distributed instead of the Audit paper. The name of the center is Mittal Center, Malad West, Liberty Garden, Mumbai. You can read the reason for postponement and the details of the incident that happened at the Mumbai Center in this article published in the Times of India newspaper on 14th May.

Due to this error by the ICAI Mumbai authorities, the IPCC IT-SM has been postponed for all candidates across India. The Venue and time would remain the same. No new Admit Card would be issued for the same and the admit cards already issued would remain valid.

CA Exam Form

CA Final & CA IPCC Exam Form can be purchased from 6^th Feb 2013 onwards and the last date for submitting the CA Final & CA IPCC Exam Form is 27^th February 2013.

The fees payable for CA Final and PCC/CA IPCC Exams is as follows

The Cost of purchasing the Exam Form is Rs. 500. However the Fees of Rs. 500 for purchasing the Exam Form need not be paid in case the student opts for submitting the exam form online by using either VISA or Master Credit Card/Debit Card.

In case a student is not able to submit the Exam Form by 27^th Feb, he can submit his exam form till 6^th March 2013 with a late fee of Rs. 500 for May 2013 Exams.

CA Final Results and IPCC Results of May 2013 Exams are expected to be announced in Last week of July/ First week of August. Students unsatisfied with th Marks allotted to them can apply for Revaluation of Marks awarded in CA Exams within 1 Month of the Declaration of Results.
